Before there was Altoona Foodie’s Kitchen, I had the HALF-BAKED idea of making the perfect par-baked pizza crust that would give customers the convenience of a fresh out of the oven, pizzeria quality pizza made just the way they wanted it - when they wanted it. These par-baked crusts are hand rolled and ready to get baked. Just top with your choice of sauce, toppings and cheese and bake.
